Rough Couple of Weeks

It’s been a long couple of weeks.  Last week was back to back family fun and food, one night with friends, and a whole lot of laying around the house going “Holy crap I ate too much.”  Then I managed to catch the mother of all colds over the weekend and where I thought it might just be allergies, I ended up giving it to my son.  I’m on Day 5 of it, and he’s on maybe Day 2 or 3.  So far the husband hasn’t come down with it yet, but it might only be a matter of time.

So…Christmas tree crafting has been put on hold for a bit – plus I don’t have my tree or a place to put it yet.

My Christmas cards are put together – all I need to do is stuff them in envelopes, address them, and send them.  That looks like it might be my weekend project.

I did manage to finish a Whimsykin last night, so I hope to get pictures of Stitches the Pony and the previously completed Catrina the Ballerina Cat for the blog here so it looks like I’ve been doing SOMETHING.

But right now, I have a whiny 15-month-old in my lap who needs a nap and I think I need one too.  So enjoy a uDraw picture of a Christmas elf.
